Zucchini Fritters

Ingredients 1 large zucchini, or 3 medium sized, ours was straight from the farm! 1 diced small red onion 1/2 cup fresh parsley 2 eggs 1/3 cup of Mozzarella Cheese 1/3 cup Parmigiano Reggiano Cheese 2 Tbsp Mike's Original BBQ Rub ( more is ok don't worry! )  1/2 cup flour 1 Tsp Baking Powder   ​Instructions Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Grate zucchini into a towel with a bowl underneath it and squeeze out all the liquid. Smoked Buffalo Chicken dip

Ingredients 1 block of cream cheese. 2 cups of Mozzarella Cheese or Cheddar Cheese  2 cooked chicken breasts chopped.  2 Tbsp Mike's Original BBQ Rub 1/2 cup Mike's BBQ Rub LA SAUCE TRUFFALO. ​Instructions Preheat conventional oven to 400 degrees F. In a bowl mix together all ingredients and transfer mixture to cast iron pan or baking dish. The chicken we used was leftover smoked chicken. Bake for 15 minutes. Broil for an extra 1-2 minutes but keep an eye out to be sure it doesn't burn. As you can see in the picture, we wanted to give it a little dark crust but not too much. Serve and enjoy with your favorite chip, on bread or eat straight out of the bowl...

Super Cheesy BBQ Brisket Garlic Bread

Ingredients 1 French Baguette 2 full garlic heads 2 tbsp Mike's Original BBQ Rub Mike's BBQ Rub LA SAUCE TRUFFALO  2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive oil 3 tbsp Parsley 1 tsp Chili flakes 1 tsp Oregano 1 Stick of unsalted butter Cubed pieces of Smoked BBQ Brisket 1 cup grated Parmigiano Reggiano cheese Mozzarella cheese ​Instructions Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Slice the tops off the Garlic heads and drizzle Olive Oil & add Mike's Original BBQ Rub to cover garlic. Smoked Spicy TRUFFALO BBQ Chicken wings

Ingredients 20 Full Chicken wings Mike's BBQ Rub Spicy blend Mike's BBQ Rub LA SAUCE TRUFFALO  Olive oil 2 tablespoons ​Instructions Place Chicken wings in a plastic bag or bowl. Drizzle olive oil to wings & then add the spicy rub and start mixing it all together. Let sit in fridge overnight or for a few hours ( minimum 2 hours )  Prepare smoker at 225-250F degrees with Cherry & Hickory wood & place wings on smoker. Cook wings for about 90 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 170-175F. It may take a little longer than 90 minutes or maybe less. Mike's BBQ Rub SMASHBURGER SAUCE!!

Mike's BBQ Rub Inspired SMASHBURGER SAUCE 1/2 cup Mayo 4 Tbsp of Ketchup 1 Tbsp of Mike's BBQ Rub Habanero Mango Sauce 1 Tbsp of Mike's Original BBQ Rub 2 Diced Pickles 1 small diced white onion Mix all together in a bowl and enjoy on your favorite hamburger!
