Oven baked crispy Chicken Wings

    Ingredients 24 wings Mike's Spicy BBQ Rub Baking powder Extra virgin Olive Oil Instructions Step 1. In a bowl, add your chicken wings, 2 Tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil over the wings, apply Mike's Spicy BBQ Rub and add 2 tablespoons of baking powder. Let sit for few hours ideally between 4-6 hours. Tips & Tricks: I get asked this question a lot , "Mike, How much Rub do you add to your wings?" Honestly it all depends on you! Best tip I always give out, is to coat every side of the wing with rub to get the maximum flavour! Crockpot Beef Chili

          Ingredients 1 white Onion diced 1 Yellow bell pepper 4 garlic cloves minced or cut finely 2 lbs Beef  1 can of Beer 1 can 28oz crushed tomato with juices 1 can 28oz diced tomatoes with juices 1 can of corn 1 can 15-18oz black beans drained 1 can 15-18oz red beans drained 2 diced Jalapenos ( leave with seeds for extra spicy) Mike's Original BBQ Rub Shredded Cheese of your choice Sour cream Green Onion Olive Oil or Vegetable Oil Instructions 1. Buffalo Chicken Garlic Bread

Ingredients 1 French Baguette 2 full garlic heads 2 tbsp Mike's Original BBQ Rub 2 tbsp Mike's BBQ Rub LA SAUCE Truffle Buffalo  2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive oil 3 tbsp Parsley 1 tsp Chili flakes 1 tsp Oregano 1 Stick of unsalted butter Cubed pieces of BBQ rotisserie chicken ( breasts or thighs ) 1 cup grated Parmigiano Reggiano cheese Handfull of Mozzarella cheese Instructions Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Zucchini Fritters

Ingredients 1 large zucchini, or 3 medium sized, ours was straight from the farm! 1 diced small red onion 1/2 cup fresh parsley 2 eggs 1/3 cup of Mozzarella Cheese 1/3 cup Parmigiano Reggiano Cheese 2 Tbsp Mike's Original BBQ Rub ( more is ok don't worry! )  1/2 cup flour 1 Tsp Baking Powder   ​Instructions Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Grate zucchini into a towel with a bowl underneath it and squeeze out all the liquid. Smoked Buffalo Chicken dip

Ingredients 1 block of cream cheese. 2 cups of Mozzarella Cheese or Cheddar Cheese  2 cooked chicken breasts chopped.  2 Tbsp Mike's Original BBQ Rub 1/2 cup Mike's BBQ Rub LA SAUCE TRUFFALO. ​Instructions Preheat conventional oven to 400 degrees F. In a bowl mix together all ingredients and transfer mixture to cast iron pan or baking dish. The chicken we used was leftover smoked chicken. Bake for 15 minutes. Broil for an extra 1-2 minutes but keep an eye out to be sure it doesn't burn. As you can see in the picture, we wanted to give it a little dark crust but not too much.
