Bone in Pork Roast


  • Pork Roast about 6-7 bones 
  • Dijon Mustard (regular or Dijon is fine)
  • Mike’s BBQ Rub Original Dry rub


-Slather Dijoin Mustard over entire Pork Roast

-Apply some Mike's BBQ Rub Original Dry rub over roasrt

-Roast until the internal temperature reaches 145 F and let rest 10 minutes as temperature will rise slighty.

Depending the size the Roast, it usually takes 20 minutes per LB
